Topper Open

Elton Sailing Club staged their Topper Open event on Saturday 4th June. With a new Topper sail up for grabs for the eventual winner it was hoped for a good turnout and by 10.30hrs the shore was lined with 23 hopeful helms busily rigging their boats in preparation for the three races that lay ahead. A wet and damp start to the day as 19 competitors entered for the Enterprise open held near to Bury, Lancashire.
