We have a full programme of Open events organised at Elton Sailing Club for the forthcoming 2012 Olympic season. These are all held on Saturdays.

We start on April 7th with the Laser Open, then the Enterprise Class Open on 4th June followed by the Joint Topper and Mirrror Open on 23rd June. In July we hold the Joint Scorpion and Streaker Open on 28th. We have a break then until the Junior Travellers event on 8th September and the Joint Solo and Phantom Open on 13th October. 

At Elton under the guidance of our Solo Class Captain, Scott Worthington, we have built up an enthusiastic fleet so come along and join us in competitive friendly sailing. Mike Seger leads a smaller Phantom fleet and travels widely in the North West to other Open meetings.

Our Open Events consists of three races the first of which starts at 11.00am with briefing on the lawn at 10.30am.

You are assured of a warm North West welcome, good food and competitive sailing.
