The number single handed dinghy in the world. Designed in 1971 the Laser has shot to fame and now a regular class at the Olympic games.
The Laser has a very popular region circuits and National traveller events including Inland, National and World Championships.
You will regularly find yourself racing against other Laser sailors anywhere you go. At Elton we have traditionally a strong Laser fleet that has been the number single handed dinghy at the club for years.
Made from a fibreglass to keep maintenance to a minimum, spare parts can be found at any good chandlery.
