Elton SC offers a full racing programme for 11 months of the year. The racing is run on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evening (April to October) and Sunday afternoons only in the winter months (November to February) we would keep going if there was enough light to see where we were going.

The racing offers something for everyone, in the North West, regardless of your ability and experience. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a new comer you will get excellent, fun and competitive sailing and racing.

We use the whole of the reservoir to set the best course possible, using the colour co-ordinated marker buoys. We have 2 committee boats and a Valiant 490 RIB to ensure the safety of everyone on the water.

We have a state of the art computer based starting system which not only signals the starting procedure automatically but also calculates and publishes the results for you.
